Is every painting really hand-painted?

Yes. Every Norava Studio painting is painted by hand, not printed reproductions. every painting is 100% handcrafted by our curated artists using premium oil and acrylic paints. No prints. No digital reproductions.

Will my painting look exactly like the pictures?

Your art will closely match the images shown. We carefully recreate the composition, texture, colors, and every detailed brushstroke. The photos we send before shipping show the exact painting you will receive.

Can I see my painting before it ships?

Please contact us with your order number to ask about photos of your completed painting before dispatch. We will confirm what is available for your order.

How long before my painting arrives?

Artwork creation usually takes 3–5 days before shipping. We ship worldwide. Shipping takes another 3-7 business days via DHL, UPS, or FedEx. 2 weeks, give or take, from order to wall.

What if I do not love it when it arrives?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return policy. To better serve our international customers, we also operate a warehouse in the United States, helping us provide faster logistics support and more convenient after-sales service for customers in North America.

Does the painting arrive framed and ready to hang?

Yes! If you select our canvas stretching and framing service, your painting will arrive ready to hang. Our team stretches the canvas, paints the edges, and frames your artwork before shipping—all you need to do is find the perfect spot.
