At NORAVASTUDIO, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After production has begun, cancellation requests may no longer be eligible for a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged artwork
• Photos of the packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
• The artwork must be unused and in its original condition.
• The artwork must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Please contact our support team before returning any item.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Custom Size Orders
Custom-size and personalized orders are made specifically for each customer and are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
