Refund Policy

At NORAVASTUDIO, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once production has started, cancellation requests may no longer be eligible for a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request, please provide:

• Your order number

• Photos of the artwork

• Photos of the packaging

After reviewing the information, we will arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund when appropriate.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

• The item arrives damaged or defective

• The wrong item was received

• The order cannot be delivered due to our error

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Custom Size Orders

Custom-size and personalized orders are made specifically for each customer and are generally not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved for reasons other than damage, defects, or shipping errors, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in their original condition whenever possible.

Refund Processing

Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

• Check your bank account again

• Contact your credit card provider

• Contact your payment provider
