Floral Burst Linen Ground No.011

A bouquet of raised white petals spills across a warm linen ground, each thick plaster bloom casting its own shadow while thin drips trail downward like water still finding its way off the canvas. The contrast between the raw fabric backdrop and the dense, sculptural paint gives the piece real tactile presence.

Among white square paintings, this one brings warmth to a typically cool category, thanks to that linen undertone peeking through. It suits a bedroom, dining room, or entryway that wants floral texture without introducing color. The drips at the base add a loose, unfinished quality that keeps the piece from feeling overly composed.
